At 1.85 ounces, this is the folder you actually keep clipped in your pocket instead of leaving in the truck.

Why You'll Like It

  • 1.85 oz total weight — roughly half what a comparable 3" folder usually runs
  • 3.24" CPM-S30V blade gives you premium edge retention without the weight penalty
  • AXIS Lock opens and closes one-handed from either side, gloved or not
  • Grivory handle shrugs off water, blood, and solvent without swelling or staining
  • Two colorways — classic Black or Ranger Green

Best For

Everyday carry, backcountry hunts, and backpacking — anywhere ounces matter but you still want a knife that holds an edge.

Details & good to know

Details

Ultralight folding knife with a 3.24" CPM-S30V stainless drop-point blade at 58-60 HRC, Grivory handle with steel liners, AXIS Lock, and a reversible deep-carry clip. 1.85 oz. Made in Oregon City, Oregon.

Good to Know

The Bugout is built light on purpose — the handle has some flex under hard squeeze, which is normal and not a defect. If you want a stiffer chassis in the same footprint, ask us about the aluminum-handled models. Covered by Benchmade's LifeSharp free factory sharpening service.
