1. Who we are

These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from Henderson Outdoors, 117 S Main St, Seymour, TX 76380. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your state, to use this site or place an order. Additional age requirements apply to firearms and ammunition. See sections 5 and 6.

3. Products, pricing and availability

We describe our products as accurately as we can, but we don't warrant that descriptions, images, specifications or manufacturer data are error-free or current. Colours vary between screens, and camo patterns in particular photograph differently than they look in the field.

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you've received a confirmation.

Inventory is limited and sells in real time. Adding an item to your cart doesn't reserve it.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, in whole or in part. We may cancel or limit orders that appear to be for resale, that fail address or payment verification, or that we can't legally fulfil.

All sales will appear as HENDERSON OUTDOORS (hendersonoutdoorstx.com) on your billing statement. We don't store your full card details.

5. Ammunition

Ammunition is sold for in-store pickup only. We do not ship it.

By ordering ammunition you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 for rifle and shotgun ammunition, and at least 21 for handgun ammunition;
  • You are not prohibited under federal, state or local law from purchasing, possessing or receiving ammunition;
  • You will present valid government-issued photo ID at pickup;
  • The ammunition is for your lawful personal use and not for resale or transfer to a prohibited person.

We may refuse or cancel any ammunition order at our discretion, and we will refuse release at pickup to anyone who cannot produce ID or who we reasonably believe is prohibited from possessing ammunition. Orders not collected within 30 days are refunded and restocked.

6. Firearms

Firearms are sold only in compliance with federal, Texas and local law.

  • Non-face-to-face firearm sales ship only to a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL holder). We never ship a firearm directly to a buyer.
  • You must be at least 18 to buy a rifle or shotgun and at least 21 to buy a handgun. Handguns are transferred only to residents of the state where the receiving dealer is located.
  • Every firearm transfer requires ATF Form 4473 and a background check, completed in person either at our Seymour shop or at your receiving FFL dealer.

By ordering a firearm you represent and warrant that you are not prohibited under federal, state or local law from purchasing or possessing it, that it is legal where you live, and that you are the actual buyer. We may refuse or cancel any firearm order at our discretion. If a transfer can't be completed, see our Refund Policy.

7. Safety

Firearms, firearms accessories, ammunition, treestands, ground blinds and edged tools are inherently dangerous and can cause serious injury or death if misused. You are responsible for safe handling, storage, installation and use, and for reading and following all manufacturer instructions and warnings. Treestand and elevated-platform products require a full-body fall-arrest harness. Use one every time.

8. Warranties

Products are covered by their manufacturer's warranty, if any, and those terms vary by brand and product. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Henderson Outdoors disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Henderson Outdoors is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, arising from your use of this site or any product purchased from us. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to it. Some states don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Henderson Outdoors and its owners and employees from any claim arising out of your misuse of a product, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, photography, logos and the Henderson Outdoors name, is owned by us or our suppliers and may not be reproduced without written permission. Manufacturer images and trademarks remain the property of their owners.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version posted when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
