Why You'll Like It
- Plenty of marbling and connective tissue that turns silky over a long cook
- Deeper beef flavor than almost anything else on the animal
- Works smoked, braised, or done Korean-style
- Home-raised Angus from our own cattle
Best For
Smoking, red-wine braises, and anyone who prefers short ribs to brisket.

Warranty & authenticity
Grade, aging & freshness
Grade
Our beef isn't USDA graded. Judged on marbling, it lands in the High Choice to Prime range.
Finish & aging
Our Angus cattle finish on grain for about 150 days, and the beef is dry-aged 10–14 days before it's cut. That's where the deeper flavor and tenderness come from.
How it's packed
Every cut is vacuum-sealed and frozen solid at the shop. Shipped orders go out in an insulated cooler box with dry ice (extra dry ice for the farthest states), Mondays and Tuesdays only.
When it arrives
Unpack it right away and put it in the freezer. Vacuum-sealed and kept at 0°F, it holds its quality for up to a year. Handle dry ice with gloves and let it evaporate somewhere ventilated, never in a sink or a closed container. If anything arrives warm, email us a photo the same day.
Shipping & returns
Free frozen shipping on beef orders of $350 or more. Under that, frozen shipping is a flat rate by weight and distance, shown at checkout.
Where beef ships: anywhere in the lower 48 states, plus Washington, D.C. Every box goes out frozen solid in an insulated cooler box with dry ice. We can't ship beef to Alaska, Hawaii or APO/FPO addresses.
When it ships: Mondays and Tuesdays to Texas, Oklahoma and nearby states; Mondays only to everywhere farther out. That way a box never sits in a carrier's warehouse over a weekend.
Local pickup at 117 S Main St, Seymour is free. We hold your order in the freezer until you come by, so bring a cooler if you've got a drive.
Final sale. Frozen beef can't be returned once it leaves our freezer. If a box arrives thawed or damaged, email us a photo the same day and we'll make it right.
Small shop, real people. If something here doesn't answer it, write to us and you'll hear back — usually the same day.

Warranty & Authenticity
Every product we sell comes from an authorized distributor — GSM Outdoors, Chattanooga Shooting Supplies, or direct from the brand. Nothing is grey-market.
Warranty terms are set by each manufacturer and vary a lot — Phenix covers rods for the original owner's lifetime, Walker's is one year, Boss Buck is 90 days. The exact terms for whatever you're looking at are in the Warranty & authenticity tab on that product's page. If a claim comes up, email us and we'll help you file it.
