A roto-molded plastic hopper that won't rust, rot or leak, so 500 lbs. of protein stays dry and the feeder stays in the field for years.

Local pickup only. This feeder is too large and heavy to ship. Order online, then pick it up at our shop in Seymour, TX. We'll email you when it's ready.

Why You'll Like It

  • Holds about 600 lbs. of corn or 500 lbs. of large protein pellets, so you're filling it far less often
  • Thick-wall, UV-protected HDPE hopper (the same roto-molding process used for whitewater kayaks)
  • Four 4" feed ports angled at 10° with a 1" overhang and drain holes, so rain runs off instead of caking the feed
  • 84" one-piece, 16-gauge square steel legs with galvanized hardware

Best For

Year-round protein programs on a lease or ranch where you want a big, maintenance-free hopper that deer can feed from on their own schedule.

Warranty & authenticity

We buy Boss Buck through an authorized distributor. Every item ships factory-sealed — nothing here is grey-market or parallel import.

Boss Buck warranty. Boss Buck products carry a 90-Day Limited Warranty on manufacturing defects for the original owner; motors are separately warrantied for 1 year and timers for 2 years per Boss Buck's FAQ. Using salt-based feed voids the parts warranty, and claims require a Return Authorization number plus original receipt.
