We buy Phenix through an authorized distributor. Every item ships factory-sealed — nothing here is grey-market or parallel import.
Phenix warranty. Rods and blanks are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner (repair or replacement at Phenix's discretion, excluding commercial use, fire, misuse, or unauthorized repairs). A separate No-Hassle Replacement program covers accidental/wear damage for a tiered fee; rods that break within 30 days of purchase can qualify for a free defect-based replacement.

Everything is packed and shipped from our shop at 117 S Main St, Seymour, Texas. Oversized items — blinds, feeders, benches, hard coolers — may carry a freight charge, shown at checkout before you pay.
Ammunition is sold by phone only. Call 940-317-9219 and we'll ship it to you or have it ready for pickup at the shop.
Frozen beef ships separately: free on beef orders of $350 or more, anywhere in the lower 48. It goes out Mondays and Tuesdays only, in an insulated cooler box with dry ice.

Warranty terms are set by each manufacturer and vary a lot — Phenix covers rods for the original owner's lifetime, Walker's is one year, Boss Buck is 90 days.
