Standard warranty covers manufacturing defects for twelve months from the original purchase date; excludes damage from environmental factors (weather, animals, vandalism, tree growth), unauthorized modifications, and non-genuine replacement parts. Claims go through a warranty replacement request form rather than standard returns.

Frozen beef ships separately: free on beef orders of $350 or more, anywhere in the lower 48. It goes out Mondays and Tuesdays only, in an insulated cooler box with dry ice.
