Warranty & authenticity
We buy Muddy through an authorized distributor. Every item ships factory-sealed — nothing here is grey-market or parallel import.
Muddy warranty. Standard warranty covers manufacturing defects for twelve months from the original purchase date; excludes damage from environmental factors (weather, animals, vandalism, tree growth), unauthorized modifications, and non-genuine replacement parts. Claims go through a warranty replacement request form rather than standard returns.

Warranty & Authenticity
Every product we sell comes from an authorized distributor — GSM Outdoors, Chattanooga Shooting Supplies, or direct from the brand. Nothing is grey-market.
Warranty terms are set by each manufacturer and vary a lot — Phenix covers rods for the original owner's lifetime, Walker's is one year, Boss Buck is 90 days. The exact terms for whatever you're looking at are in the Warranty & authenticity tab on that product's page. If a claim comes up, email us and we'll help you file it.
