We buy Smiths through an authorized distributor. Every item ships factory-sealed — nothing here is grey-market or parallel import.
Smiths warranty. Sharpeners are guaranteed against defective material or workmanship for three full years from purchase date for non-industrial/non-commercial use, with repair or replacement at Smith's option. Excludes abrasive wear parts and misuse damage; claims require returning the product with proof of purchase directly to the factory.

Frozen beef ships separately: free on beef orders of $350 or more, anywhere in the lower 48. It goes out Mondays and Tuesdays only, in an insulated cooler box with dry ice.
